Invitella creates digital invitations for weddings and celebrations, delivered via a personal web link. Contact: hello@invitella.net or via WhatsApp. Business registration (KVK) details will be listed here upon completion of registration.
Solely to create and deliver your invitation, communicate about your order, comply with legal obligations (such as tax administration), and — only with your consent — display your invitation as an example.
Your invitation is hosted with Cloudflare and delivery emails are sent via Resend. Order communication takes place via WhatsApp (Meta). Payments are handled by our payment provider. These parties act as processors and have their own privacy safeguards.
Your invitation and its data remain online for the duration of your package (6, 12 or 24 months) and are removed afterwards. Order communication is kept as long as needed for administration. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
We never sell your data. We only share it with the processors named above, and only to deliver the service.
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or transfer of your data, and you may withdraw consent. Send your request to hello@invitella.net — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
