Invitella provides digital invitations for weddings and celebrations, delivered as a personal web link. Contact: hello@invitella.net or via WhatsApp. Business registration (KVK) details will be listed here upon completion of registration.
You order a digital invitation based on a template, personalised with your details. Depending on your package (Basic, Premium or Deluxe) your invitation link remains active for 6, 12 or 24 months. This is a digital service; no physical product is shipped.
Orders are placed via the website form. After payment your invitation is created and your personal link is delivered via WhatsApp and/or email, normally within minutes and in any case within 24 hours. All prices include VAT where applicable.
By placing your order you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once the invitation has been delivered, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 6:230p Dutch Civil Code / EU Consumer Rights Directive). If we have not yet started creating your invitation, you may cancel free of charge.
Text details (date, time, venue, message) can be changed free of charge until your event date. A change of template or package after delivery may be charged as a new order.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and confirm that the content of your invitation is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.
We aim for permanent availability of your invitation link during your package period, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the internet or hosting infrastructure. If your link is unavailable for an extended period through our fault, we will restore it or refund you proportionally.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as missed attendance at your event.
All designs, templates and code remain the property of Invitella. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use and share your invitation for your event.
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
